Annual Subscriptions
Many thanks to those members who paid before or at the AGM. If you have still pay your society membership subscription, this must be done by the end of the month in order to retain your plot.
Please can you do this as soon as you can or indicate if you are retiring form the society. We can then get on and get any vacant plots re-let in good time for the Spring.
Our Treasurer would be happy to recieve payment through the post as explained in the letter we sent out before Christmas.
Sally will be in the clubhouse on Sunday 27th January 2013 between 10am and 12pm to recieve any final payments.
