Falmouth Town Council Generously Supports The Allotments
The Town Clerk, Mr Mark Williams, informed the committee that Falmouth Town Council provided awards for worthy causes. So it was decided to submit a bid for £1000 towards the replacement school and community shed, the extra taps, the groundworks to A site, improved security and extending the clubhouse. These are all items in our current Big Lottery bid. The council agreed to support these fully which is great news and shows the great strength of support for our allotments amongst our local councillors. This generous act should hopefully impress the Awards for All, Big Lottery officials and enable us to secure funding that will make an enormous difference to our allotments.
