Autumn is Tidy-up time on the plots.

·       Now that you have planted out those winter crops of onions, garlic, broad 
   beans etc   it is time to  tidy-up.
·       Get rid of that long- unused ‘useful stuff’ lying around. Bag it up for a 
   trip to the tip at  Longdowns.
·       Trim or dig up and remove all of those unwanted plants.
·       Have a bonfire on your site, but not too near plastic tunnels!
·       Carry out repairs to sheds etc.
·       Turn over unused areas of your plot, ready for the winter frosts.
·       Get your paths and boundaries tidied.
·       Things will look better  and you will feel better
